Should I buy Fitness or Fitness Plus?

Fitness Plus includes 2 additional markers in our analysis (Vitamin D and Vitamin B12). These are important markers for your overall health but the analysis costs are quite high. So to make our service more affordable we have created the "Fitness" option and we believe both options can help you achieve your health and performance goals. If you start using Inside Tracker by ordering the Fitness option, you may want to consider "Fitness plus" in a future test.

How often should I have my blood tested?

You blood chemistry does change over time based on your overall nutrition and lifestyle and capturing this data and using Inside Tracker is the best way to manage the baseline levels of each of our biomarkers. We recommend that most people test 2-4 times per year however some individuals, such as athletes training for a marathon may want to test more frequently in order to optimize their levels around specific events.

Can I alternate between tests?

Yes. Each time you sign up for a blood test you will have the option to pick the panel that best meets your needs.

Are there other recurring fees?

We charge a fee each time you sign up for a blood test. All of our other services (access to our website and our decision-support tools) are included in that fee.

Where do I get my blood tested?

We have partnered with LabCorp to provide diagnostic services on our behalf. With over 1500 walk in test centers, LabCorp has one of the largest laboratory networks in the country. Visit their lab locator to see if there is a location near your home or office. In some markets we can also send an examiner to your home or office to perform the blood draw. There is an incremental fee for this service and it is currently only available in Massachusetts but will be expanding to other markets in the near future.
